DISMISS AND ARREST YAW BOATENG GYAN NOW!!!

The Conservative Alliance Network (CAN) has observed with immense regret, the content of the tape recording of a secret conversation between Yaw Boateng Gyan (National Organizer of National Democratic Congress and Presidential Staffer of the Republic of Ghana) and some party foot soldiers.

We note the blatant recruitment of NDC faithfuls into the National Security setup of the country to violently and illegally influence the outcome of this year’s election in contravention with the laws of this country. Again, we note the intention to use state funds provided by the Minister of Finance and the Finance Director at the ministry to fund such unholy operations as clearly evidenced by Yaw Boateng Gyan.

With the president’s insistent call for violent-free and fair elections on various platforms, we believe this treasonable ploy by Yaw Boateng Gyan is one of many opportunities for the President to demonstrate his commitment to non-violence and peace before this year’s election.
From the foregoing, the Conservative Alliance Network (CAN) wishes to demand that:

1. The President must dismiss Yaw Boateng Gyan as Presidential Staffer at the presidency immediately pending full-scale police enquiry.
2. The President must order the arrest of Yaw Boateng Gyan and his collaborators.
3. The President must dismiss the minister of finance and the Finance Director immediately pending full-scale police enquiry.
4. The President, who doubles as the Leader of the N.D.C should suspend the National Organizer and institute an enquiry into the recorded utterances and the findings made public.

Thank you.
