Local Black Stars invited to camp

Accra, April 3, ghanadot/GNA – The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has extended invitation to 22 local players to commence camping ahead of the second leg game against Niger in the qualifiers of the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN)on April 13, Niamey, Niger.


The invited players are Abdul Fatau Dauda, Wakasu Mubarak – Ashgold and Aziz Tetteh – Liberty Professional, David Addy – Wa All Stars, Edmund Owusu Ansah, Emmanuel Banahene, Dominic Adiyah and John Boye – Kpando Heart of Lions, Jordan Opoku, Eric Bekoe, Richard Menu, Harrison Afful and Prince Anokye – Asante Kotoko.


The rest are Taufiq Jebril – Hearts of Oak, Emmanuel Boadu –Arsenals, Ekow Benson – Tema Youth, Baba Iddi – Kessben FC, Hanan Giwah – Real Tamale United and Joseph Addo – Sekondi Hasaacas.


Mr Kofi Nsiah, General Secretary of the GFA in a statement copied to GNA Sports on Thursday said the invited players are to report at the Crystal Rose Hotel in Kumasi on Saturday, April 5 without fail.
