National Sports Council to announce membership of Associations on Monday

Accra, June 28, Ghanadot/GNA – The National Sports Council (NSC) will on Monday, June 29, inaugurate and announce members of the newly constituted bodies of its Associations at a press conference at 9:00 at the Ohene Djan Stadium, Accra.

 
Mr Wolanyo Agrah, Acting Chief Executive of the Council told the GNA Sports on Sunday that the Council will use the occasion to swear members of the newly constituted Associations into office.


The Acting Chief Executive therefore called on members of the various Associations to make themselves available for the ceremony.


The NSC under Mr Agrah has embarked on a shake up in the various associations with notable personalities like Moses Foh Amoaning, Clifford Aboagye and B. T. Baba taking a bow after long services to the Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA), Ghana Weightlifting Association (GWA) and Ghana Handball Association (GHA) respectively.
