Winning Ho Central for NPP, huge task but not daunted-Letsa

Ho, Oct. 18, Ghanadot/GNA-Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Ho-Central on Friday said he is up to the huge task of winning the seat for the NPP for the first time.

He said his message of “human development” would make the difference in the fortunes of the NPP in the constituency.

Dr. Letsa, Proprietor and Medical Director of Miracle Life Clinic was speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) after filing his nomination papers at the offices of the Electoral Commission of Ghana in Ho on Friday.

He said he joined the NPP in 1997 but remained in the periphery of affairs until now when the party needed him to give greater impetus to its activities in the region.

Mr. Prosper Pi Bansa, Dr Letsa’s Campaign Manager said comments by bystanders during a float through the principal streets of Ho before converging for the filling procedures indicated that “the man of the people has arrived”.

He said Dr. Letsa as a Medical Practitioner, a Lay Preacher and Proprietor of a Shopping Mall in Ho had the clout, the experience and the fortitude to compel voters to want to vote for him.
