Retain the NPP for a Better Ghana-Nana Akuffo Addo

Accea, Dec 2, Ghanadot -  The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dnaquah Akuffo Addo, has called on Ghanaians to retain the NPP in power for the party to continue with the good work it started.

He said there is no political party in Ghana which has done so much in a little time like the NPP thus the need for them to be in power.

"When you talk about infrastructure, the stability of our economy and the solid foundation we have laid in dealing with our fundamental issues that confront our country that should tell Ghanaians our ability to make this country develop even better".

He said the vision he has for the country when voted into power come December 7 is to move the country away from the a raw material producing economy to an industrialized economy, adding that the time has come for Ghana to be self reliant so that the nation can take care of its people by providing job opportunities for them.

Nana Akuffo Addo disclosed that under his leadership, Ghana will gain tremendously because his government will adopt mechanisms that will improve the agricultural sector to a first-class modern standard and maintained in a more efficient manner to benefit the nation and its people.

According to him, the electorates will vote him to lead the country due to his hard earned leadership qualities in different administrations. He said the active roll he played in the pre-democracy movement to resist authoritarian rule and to bring democracy to Ghana is a factor that has put him above his opponents in the race.

"That has put a momentum, I have been seen in the NPP as a leader who have been in the trenches fighting for that free and better Ghana for a long time".

The flag bearer of the NPP noted that another reason that will make Ghanaians vote him to lead the country is his stern roll he played when he was the minister of Foreign Affairs and the Attorney General that he said earned him many respect because he did his best to work hard. He added that Ghanaians have also yet another factor to consider that he did not come into politics for personal reasons but to help the Ghanaian people

"I did not come into politics to make money and I think Ghanaians have recognized that. No body have ever made any allegation of a sort about my ability and that is also a factor"

He called on Ghanaians to vote the NPP so that the basic principles and policies the party has written in their manifesto to improve the lives of Ghanaians will not be wasted but put to good use for the benefit of the whole nation.
