Ghana's 'too
close to call' election delayed by vote-

Ghana's presidential run-off was plunged into disarray last
night after the announcement of the results was postponed
amid claims of vote-rigging and fraud.
Thousands of rowdy opposition supporters had been gathered
since Monday outside the electoral headquarters, which had
been expected to declare a narrow win for opposition
candidate John Atta Mills. But after delaying the
announcement several times yesterday, the election
commissioner, Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, announced that the result
was too close to call.....
