Mr Commodore-Mensah said the Club would strive to discharge its obligation under the contract and challenged numerous supporters of the Club to ensure the sustainability of the 'new dream' by purchasing the replicas.

The Board Chairman warned that the Club would travel every length to protect its registered trademark and warned pirates who attempt to cheat to cheat the system to be ready for a fight.

The officials of JAKO pledged that they would supply Hearts all the items in the contract as soon as possible and appealed to all dedicated Phobians to help make the relationship a successful one.
